These verses were written over a period of two decades, beginning when the author first built his house in an Old Florida Cypress Swamp. They are thoughts and emotional observations of life in these woods, some straightforward, others mystical, still others are even quasi-religious, but in a faith whose practitioners went extinct two millennia ago, along with the Druids.
